Paraty is a Brazilian city in the western part of the state of Rio de Janeiro, in the microregion of Ilha Grande Bay. In Paraty Bay, and in the historic center of the city, there is a pier where many colorful and picturesque boats are moored, making it one of the town’s most iconic places. Many of these boats offer tours around the bay.
